How is this different than your flavored creamed honey? Great question! First of all, the texture. Our flavored creamed honey has a thick spreadable texture & our infused honeys will stay "runny". The next difference is how it gets it's flavor. For the flavored creamed honey, we add freeze dried fruit/ herb powders and the honey immediately takes on that flavor. For the infused honey, we add the fruit or herb and slowly over time it takes on the flavor.

Holton Homestead
The Holton Homestead was accidentally founded in 2015 when we moved to our small acreage in Elkhart, Iowa. Immediately, we wanted fruit trees, a garden, animals, and bees. We had a small flock of chickens that produced more eggs than we knew what to do with.
We started selling eggs. Eventually, this led to our Ankeny egg route, delivering eggs to 40+ families weekly.
Word quickly spread, and we had more customers than products to sell.
