The earthy flavor of smoke, Dijon mustard and black pepper makes our Savory Mustard a great addition to your lunch or as a snack. Protein and healthy Omega 3 packed snack sticks are a great, no nitrate addition to your lunch or just as a treat.
1.00 oz. snack sticks are made from 90% lean home raised beef and pork. The beef and pork are fed flax seed to increase the Omega-3's in the meat. Our snack sticks contain 40 mg. of ALA Omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, our beef is approximately 20 lower in saturated fats.
Our Story
Several years ago Pete & Cindy Woltz sold a family-owned commercial feedlot. The commercial feedlot was run to maximize cattle gains, optimize pen space, and keep cattle alive and performing well by using an aggressive antibiotic program. It was a daily exercise in crisis management!
In 2006 they started Timber Ridge Cattle Company and devoted a significant proportion of the operation to the production of a more healthy beef product both in terms of the cattle and the meat.
