Jacob is another “COVID capture” for our team. He started working in our kitchen in 2020. His role as a Chef at Workiva (in Ames) was put on hold due to COVID and he found himself with plenty of extra time on his hands!
During COVID, he was the man behind our grab-and-go options and he also helped with the development of our salad dressings.
He currently runs his own business, Crafted Food Services where he offers services from cooking lessons to private dinners to just about anything you can think of that is food-related. This season he will be working in our kitchen to create small-batch salad dressing and herb salts for our salad subscription members.
