Tasting Notes - The first chocolate bar we ever created with an added texture and most-valued ingredient—cacao nibs. It’s a favorite TC bar of many, including Josh (TC cofounder) who also named this bar.
Texture - A balance of chocolate, brown sugar, fudge notes, salt and roasted cacao nib for a slightly bitter bite and enjoyable nutty texture.
Finish - A long linger of chocolate with a pop of salt that stays on the lips. The nibs are sure to provide extra pleasure.
Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic whole milk powder, Himalayan pink salt
