A few years ago, I found myself sick and in extreme, chronic pain. As I learned the undeniable effect of the foods we eat, I began making changes to things we regularly used as a family. This included the protein that my husband consumed each morning.
I began to look up the ingredients and was appalled at what I found. Unfortunately, when searching further, I was unable to find one that met my expectations.
